The brand new Forum's major section - Forum-Dedicated Topics (in which this particular 'Forum Updates' thread is located) was activated today (14 Dec 2008), so far 3 topics have been started:

New Update on the Forum Ranks:

Several Rank Insignias were updated with a 165 x ___ pixel resolution, this is due to the fact that some rank images were horizontally unscaled (making the images pop out of the user window and interfering with the same user's post). On the other hand, some ranks got enhanced and higher resolution images (to make them look more crisp).

General: Changed the previous unscaled 206px × 48px insignia with a stable 164px × 38px one.

Standard Rank Modifications

Captain: Increased the older (150px × 140px) image with a slightly larger and more higher resolution enhanced version (165px × 154px).

Major: Increased the older (100px × 105px) image with a larger and more higher res version (165px × 173px).

It is with great content that I would like to "officially" announce the two new TAOW Forum Moderators :

A brand new major Forum Section was just created:

The Art of War Units

This section is fully dedicated to serve as:

1. TAOW Units "Showroom" ("Formal Presentation", Detailed Information & Images);

2. Discussion Forum (each vehicle haves it's own "Topic" with an integral mini forum, the very first post will be the "Main One" and will show the specific unit).


NOTES:
Please Note that this 'The Art of War Units' forum was just created so it'll be constantly updated with new content as it is presented, at this exact moment, the already released vehicles and units are being included, that'll take it's time as well.

A new forum section "Older Polls" was created to be the home of the polls which are no longer running as to avoid confusion with other possible running polls (at the moment there are none).
