sound in game

And what with sound registration? There will be tracks and a film " Black Hawk Dawn"? Which?

Speaking of sounds I do hope realistic or the actual sounds of weapons are a must have.

for TAOW! WHAT WILL tell? Perfectly for TAOW and music from World in Conflict! (Including addon Soviet assault)
It was pleasant to me in game Act of war that there there was a certain simulation of work of a radar (by the ships, артелерии) They could be included and disconnected.В TAOW there will be something similar? For Realism not bad in game to recreate the present radio negotiations! I served in army on command point and heard radio negotiations much!

As for the 'Tribal War' track, most likely yes.
As for World in Conflict music, probably one track or two but we will have to be careful about this stuff (because of copyright complications ).

It's an interesting question which I personally asked to the mod team some time ago, we also want to include a similar ability for certain ships Thumbs Up! (our objective is to allow players to increase the unit's "vision range" upon radar activation, but at the cost of being revealed on enemy radar as long as the ability is active).

By the way Berkut, have you tried a great mini mod for Act of War: High Treason called 'Navy Invaders Mod'?

That mini mod allows players to play naval battles against the AI (computer).

Just a little "fun" extra idea that could be in the mod after the important stuff are done.

would be nice if certain units in the mod had speaker or speaker upgrades

some examples would be US transport helicopters playing Ride of the Valkyrie

or Russian BTRs playing O Field My Field or maybe even Farewell of Slavianka

That would be really interesting indeed, perhaps we can do a small TAOW Add-On after the mod's main version is released.
